It’s hard to know what to write in an “about me” blog page, so I’ve found some questions to answer to help you all know more about me!

Have you ever got a ticket for driving?

Nope, I’m a good girl!

How often do you use social media?

A lot, probably too much,especially Twitter. But I’ve found such a good mental health community on Twitter who are a great support.

Would you rather live in a big city or on a farm?

Definitely a farm! I’m much more at peace in the countryside & my dream house in my head has a massive farmhouse kitchen!

3 things I’d take with me to a stranded island…

Firstly, my wife, I couldn’t live without her! Secondly, the complete collection of Harry Potter books & thirdly, my camera 📸

Are you neat or messy?

Definitely a neat freak! Partly down to my OCD and partly because that’s how I’ve been brought up.

Are you creative?

I’d say no but others would disagree so 🤷🏼‍♀️

Have you ever seen a ghost or had a paranormal experience?

Nope

Hair colour?

Natural colour very light brown, currently dyed dark brown.

Eye colour?

Green!

Do you believe in life on other planets?

I don’t think so no. I think the scientist in me wants facts & evidence not speculation.

Favourite subject in school?

Maths & Science 🤓

Least favourite subject in school?

P.E – anything involving sports!

Do you curse/swear a lot?

Yes, I know it’s bad but it’s just how I vent!

Best vacation?

My holiday to South Carolina closely followed by my holiday to Egypt with my cousin.

If you had a warning label what would it say?

Highly combustible & unpredictable. Handle with care!

Do you like to be affectionate in public?

No. I just don’t see the need for it at all. It just makes people uncomfortable.

Who is your oldest friend?

My friend Sam. We have known each other since we were 4. For many years we were enemies for some reason. We finally became friends when we were 14.

What’s the silliest thing you’ve convinced someone of?

Once, when a piece of fluff came down from somewhere my wife asked “where did that come from?” I said “from the fluff tree behind us” and she believed me! We were in our living room at the time 🙈

What did you study at university/college?

Forensic Science – my proudest achievement is getting my degree.

What’s standing between you & complete happiness?

My brain & lack of money

Where did you grow up?

In a village outside of Crewe, Cheshire, but I was born in Gloucester.

Do you have any siblings?

I have a sister who is 21 months younger than me.

What do you need to let go of?

My past traumas.

Favourite colour?

Purple & teal, don’t make me choose between them!

Do you speak any other languages?

I speak French & some Spanish as well as odd words of German, Polish & Italian.
